Logi-Vault
Supply Chain

Supply chain auditFind where your money and time leak

A structured review of how your products get from supplier to customer, with the numbers behind it and a prioritized list of fixes.

Most ecommerce supply chains grow by patching: a new supplier here, a second warehouse there, a freight forwarder someone recommended. The result works, but nobody has looked at the whole picture or the total cost.

Our supply chain audit maps every step from purchase order to delivered parcel, measures cost and time at each stage, and compares them with what's realistic for a brand of your size. We look at landed cost, freight, warehousing, fulfillment, returns, inventory health and Amazon fees.

You get a clear report with findings, estimated savings and a prioritized action plan. Implementing it with Logi-Vault is optional.

Frequently asked questions

What is a supply chain audit?

It's a structured review of how products are sourced, moved, stored and delivered, measuring cost, time and risk at each step to find improvements.

What do I need to provide?

Supplier invoices, freight bills, 3PL invoices, sales and inventory reports, and access to answer questions. We send a checklist.

Do I have to move to your warehouse afterwards?

No. The audit is independent. Many recommendations apply whichever provider you use.

How long does an audit take?

Typically two to four weeks, depending on the number of SKUs, suppliers and channels.
