We sell on Amazon and Shopify ourselves. Logi-Vault is the warehouse and operations team we wished we had when we started.
Why we started Logi-Vault
Logi-Vault began as the back office for our own brands: gourmet gift sets, whiskey infusion kits and snack bundles sold on Amazon and our own stores. Every shipment needed bundling, lot tracking and Amazon-compliant prep, and most warehouses we tried treated those as exceptions.
So we built our own operation in Greenville, South Carolina, wrote our own warehouse software and trained a team around kitting and food-safe handling. Once it worked for us, other sellers started asking if they could use it too.
Today Logi-Vault offers the same warehouse, the same processes and the same Amazon know-how to other brands. We also manage Amazon accounts for sellers who don't need warehousing at all.
We're still customers of our own warehouse. When we say a process works, it's because our own inventory depends on it.

Many brands that sell in the US are run from Europe, Ukraine or Israel. Working with a US warehouse in a second language makes small problems bigger.
Our team handles onboarding, daily questions and account reviews in English, Russian and Ukrainian, so nothing gets lost in translation between your team and the warehouse floor.
Frequently asked questions
Is Logi-Vault a real warehouse or a broker?
A real warehouse. We operate our own facility in Greenville, South Carolina and our own warehouse software; we don't resell space in someone else's building.
Do you only work with Amazon sellers?
No. We fulfill for Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop and wholesale channels too. Amazon services are one part of what we do.
Can I work with you in Russian or Ukrainian?
Yes. Onboarding, support and reporting are available in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
