1. What the integration does
The Logi-Vault integration is the software link between a seller's Amazon account and the services we provide from our Greenville, South Carolina warehouse and our account management team. It lets us:
- Fulfill Merchant Fulfilled (FBM) and Seller Fulfilled Prime orders: import new orders, ship them from our warehouse and confirm tracking back to Amazon.
- Prepare and send FBA inventory: create inbound shipment plans, print FNSKU and carton labels, and track shipments until Amazon receives them.
- Keep inventory in sync: compare stock in our warehouse with FBA levels, plan replenishment and flag stranded, aging or short-dated inventory.
- Manage listings and pricing on the seller's instructions: update listing content, fix catalog errors and apply price changes the seller approves.
- Report on performance: pull sales, traffic, fee and inventory reports for planning and monthly reviews.
The integration runs on our own systems. It is used by Logi-Vault staff to serve our clients; it is not a self-service app that sellers sign in to.
2. Who it is for
- Brands that use Logi-Vault for warehousing, FBM fulfillment or Amazon FBA prep.
- Brands that use Logi-Vault for Amazon brand management, account management or inventory management.
Every client signs a services agreement before we request authorization.
3. Data we access and why
| Data | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Orders and shipment status | Ship FBM orders and confirm tracking |
| Buyer name, shipping address and phone (FBM orders only) | Print shipping labels and deliver the order; deleted within 30 days after delivery |
| Inventory and FBA inbound shipments | Prepare and track FBA shipments, plan replenishment |
| Listings, catalog and pricing | Fix listing errors and apply changes the seller approves |
| Sales, traffic, fee and settlement reports | Inventory planning, reporting and account reviews |
We request only the Amazon roles needed for the services a seller has chosen. Restricted data such as buyer contact details is requested only for sellers whose FBM orders we ship. We never use Amazon data to contact buyers for marketing, never sell it, and never share one seller's data with another.
4. How to connect
- After signing your services agreement, you receive an authorization link from Logi-Vault.

- Review and confirm. Amazon sends us an authorization token; we never see or store your Amazon password.
- We confirm the connection and agree with you which actions we will take on your behalf.
5. Your control
- Revoke at any time: in Seller Central go to Apps and Services > Manage Your Apps and select Remove next to Logi-Vault. Access stops immediately.
- Delete your data: email ops@thelogivault.com with "Amazon data deletion" in the subject. We delete your Amazon Information within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
- Ask what we hold: we will send you a summary of the Amazon data we store for your account on request.
6. How we protect your data
Amazon Information is protected by encryption in transit and at rest, individual accounts with multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access, logging and monitoring, regular vulnerability scanning and a 24-hour incident notification process. Full details: Data Protection & Security.
