Bill of materials setup
Components, quantities, packaging and labels defined once.
Kitting is our home turf. We assemble gift sets, variety packs, multipacks and Amazon bundles for our own brands every week, and yours go on the same line.

Kitting means assembling several individual products into one sellable unit: a gift box, a variety pack, a starter kit or an Amazon bundle with its own barcode. Done well, it raises order value and sets your listing apart. Done badly, it creates stock mismatches and unhappy customers.
Logi-Vault's kitting and assembly service starts with a bill of materials: which components, how many of each, what packaging and what label. Our warehouse system tracks components and finished kits separately, so stock stays right whether you kit in advance or on demand.
We assemble from finished, sealed products. We don't manufacture, cook or repackage food; we combine sealed items into boxes, trays and bags, with lot and best-by dates carried through to the finished kit.
